This privacy policy explains how Aivance ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit our website or get in touch with us. We are committed to handling your information in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Aivance is a digital studio offering web improvement, business automation, and digital marketing services. For the purposes of UK GDPR, the data controller is the founder of Aivance, contactable at studio@aivance.design.

We collect the following personal data when you interact with our website:

Contact form submissions: name, company, email, optional budget, and the message you send us.
Newsletter signups: your email address or phone number.
Analytics data: if you accept cookies, we collect anonymised usage data such as pages visited, time on site, device type, and approximate location (country/city). We do not collect IP addresses for identification purposes.

Reply to enquiries you send us through the contact form.

Google Workspace (email hosting and processing).
Formspree (form submissions).
Our analytics provider (anonymised usage data only, if you have accepted cookies).
Our hosting provider (to serve the website).

Some of these providers are based outside the UK. Where this is the case, we ensure your data is protected through Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved transfer mechanisms.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep contact form submissions and email correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of follow-up — typically up to 2 years. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained for up to 26 months.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
Object to or restrict our processing of your data.
Withdraw consent at any time for things you have consented to.
